Scripture: “Out of the believer’s heart shall flow rivers of living water.” — John 7:38 (NRSV)
Reflection:
Everything God writes within us is meant to flow through us. The Spirit’s living water doesn’t stagnate; it moves, refreshing others as it refreshes us. The heart becomes a channel of grace. What begins as a promise written on the heart turns into a presence poured through our lives. This is the movement of faith—from inward renewal to outward expression, from being changed to being sent.
Application:
Ask God to reveal one area where your grace can flow this week—a relationship, a ministry, or a need waiting to be met.
Writing Prompt:
Where do you feel the Spirit calling you to let your faith flow more freely outward?
Prayer:
Living God,
thank you for writing your love within me
and pouring your Spirit through me.
Let your living water flow
wherever there is dryness or need.
Make my life a stream of your grace.
Amen.
